Team Builders has been constructing energy efficient homes since 1997. With the building industry adopting new energy rating systems, Team Builders has become a local leader in the green movement and has constructed a home that has been rated a 38 on the Home Energy Rating System. An average new home is rated around 100 on the HERS scale. The Team Builders home, built for Kent and Ann Macintosh, was constructed from start to finish with resource sustainability and energy efficient materials. Building green homes such as the Macintosh's is not only environmentally responsible, but also benefits the home owners for as long as they own the house.

History of Satisfaction
"Six years ago my wife Carolyn and I went searching for someone to build our home
here in Las Cruces ( Picacho Hills area). Having built three homes in various parts of
the country, we pretty much new the kind of characteristics we were looking for:
1. A real builder, not a 'glory boy' or a 'robot'--but a builder with hands-on skill and
style to match the skill.
2. Someone who talked to us, not down to us; or one who spent most of his time trying
to figure out what we wanted to hear. Direct and clear is good enough for us.
3. Someone we could trust with a great percentage of our life savings. No small thing.
4. Finally someone who could finish well. It's pretty easy to start well, not so much to
finish well.
